We actively work on development to continuously improve work methods and best meet customer needs. About the Position Your tasks include assessment, treatment, training, and assistive device fitting. You'll work with patients of all ages with movement-related issues and injuries, providing excellent opportunities for professional growth. A personalized rehabilitation plan will be created together with each patient. Work is primarily at the clinic, but home visits and digital consultations are also possible. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups. The role involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your unit and with other partners. We have a close collaboration with Närhälsan Rehabilitation Clinics in Skene and Tranemo. About You You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in outpatient care is meritorious, but we also welcome new graduates. We seek someone who enjoys working independently, can efficiently plan their work, and handle variable workloads and unexpected events. As you'll interact with diverse people, it's crucial that you're accommodating and can adapt your communication to each situation. Application Process Selection occurs in two stages, with initial screening by HR and subsequent interviews at the clinic. We use competency-based interviews focusing on concrete, specific situations.
