About us
Närhälsan Sollebrunn rehabilitation clinic is centrally located in the community.
The clinic employs two physiotherapists and two occupational therapists. We have a close collaboration with the health center and operate based on the requirements and quality standards of the Vårdval rehab framework. Our services offer broad expertise in primary care rehabilitation, and we have specialized physiotherapists in OMI and JEMS who are eager to share their knowledge.

About the job
You will be offered a stimulating position with good development opportunities. The tasks include examination, assessment, and treatment/rehabilitation of individuals of all ages and with all diagnoses, both individually and in groups.
We actively work to ensure that our staff possesses the right and high-quality competence for the work they perform. You will also be involved in the clinic’s development work.
About you
You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates.
You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently. You take initiative, have a positive attitude, and an interest in working with people. We also see that you share our interest in organizational development.
A professional approach and a good attitude towards customers, patients, and colleagues are essential for you. We also expect you to embody Närhälsan's core values: Reliable, Caring, and Innovative.

About the recruitment process
Selection occurs in two stages. The first selection is made by recruiters in the HR department, who will invite candidates for a phone interview. Subsequently, the hiring manager will make a second selection from the applicants and invite them for an interview at the clinic.
We use competency-based interviews, which means that your answers should be based on actual situations. It is important that you describe as concrete situations as possible and try to avoid generalized answers—this is to help us understand the situation, why you acted as you did, and what the outcome was.
