Here, 10 dedicated employees work in various professional categories such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and administration. The clinic is located in the southern part of Alingsås. We have a close collaboration with the health center and operate based on the requirements and quality standards of the rehabilitation care model. Our services offer broad expertise in primary care rehabilitation, and we have specialized physiotherapists in MDT, OMI, ultrasound diagnostics/injections, and BK who are eager to share their knowledge. Common conditions you will encounter as a physiotherapist include musculoskeletal issues and injuries, pain, neurology, sports and exercise injuries, as well as mental health concerns. The role also involves prescribing assistive devices. Together with the patient, a personalized rehabilitation plan will be developed. The work will take place at the clinic, digitally, and through home visits. Some tasks can be performed remotely. Patient treatment will occur both individually and in groups. The position also involves close collaboration with other professionals, both within your own clinic and with other partners. You and your colleagues will share responsibility with the manager for the ongoing development of the services in a continuous improvement process. About You You are a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience in the profession and primary care is an advantage, but we also welcome recent graduates. If you have supervisor training and/or further education, courses, or knowledge in women's health, this is also a plus. We are looking for someone who is attentive, has strong communication skills, and can identify the unique needs of individuals as you meet many different people. You can plan your work effectively and in an organized manner based on the goals of the organization.
