Role as Physiotherapist Patients you will meet are within the medical and geriatric clinic's inpatient care, dialysis day care, and patients referred from the kidney outpatient clinic. In addition to direct patient contacts, you will also collaborate with other healthcare staff, both at the hospital and in the continued care chain. Your work will include assessing mobility capacity, respiratory training, and individually tailored interventions for inpatients. The outpatient component involves assessment, interventions, and follow-up for patients from the kidney outpatient clinic, patients preparing to start dialysis, and those undergoing treatment. Contacts with municipalities and healthcare centers are part of the work to create the best possible conditions and continuity. You have a holistic view where patients and their relatives are participative and central to your interventions.
