The Department of Care, with approximately 1,275 employees, encompasses five areas of activity. These are ordinary housing, special housing, LSS and social psychiatry, management support, and HSL and short-term accommodations. The Department of Care offers meaningful and significant work. Our ambition is that care and support should be built on cooperation between the individual, relatives, and employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The physiotherapist provides rehabilitative interventions to individuals with functional and activity limitations that restrict or threaten to restrict the individual's daily life. The work includes preventive, rehabilitative/habilitative, and compensatory measures. The physiotherapist is part of a team around the care recipient, alongside other positions, such as occupational therapists, nurses, and care staff.
The rehabilitation unit works with special housing, short-term units, and home care.
The work involves capturing and developing physical, cognitive, and social skills, as well as adapting the environment. Guidance, instructions, and training interventions for other staff are part of the job.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist. You have an interest in meeting and working with the elderly. As a person, you are positive, flexible, and attentive. You are independent, trustworthy, and meticulous. It is also important that you have a structured and service-minded approach to your work. Since we work in teams, strong collaboration skills are essential. Previous experience is advantageous.
Personal suitability will be given considerable weight.
As the workplaces you will be assigned to are spread throughout the municipality, a driver's license is a requirement for the job.
