You will work individually and with groups, and have a crucial supervisory role for the staff group. Other tasks include typical responsibilities for a physiotherapist in municipal elderly care: - Assess needs, perform, and follow up on physiotherapeutic interventions based on the physiotherapy process - Assess needs, prescribe, and follow up on assistive device requirements - Play a central role and actively work in fall prevention - Educate and instruct care staff on transfer techniques, assistive device handling, and ergonomics - Drive development work, identify needs, and help shape new routines and working methods - Actively work to help our target group live as good and independent a life as possible, enabling them to be active and participative in their daily life with meaningful activities Your Competence and Experience We are seeking a licensed physiotherapist with documented experience in elderly care. You must be confident in your professional role, able to adapt to new work situations and routines, and capable of working both independently and in a team. You will be part of a team with an occupational therapist primarily focused on Fruängsgården service house, but will also collaborate with rehabilitation staff across other district units. We place great importance on personal suitability and a pedagogical approach in interactions with residents, relatives, and colleagues.
