As a physiotherapist with us, you will work with individuals over 65 years old living in regular housing. You will largely plan your workday independently and have significant freedom in your role. Our facilities are shared by all licensed staff in home healthcare, which allows for close contact with colleagues and good collaboration in daily operations. We are currently in the midst of an exciting development project where we are implementing intensive home rehabilitation with an even greater focus on the individual's own resources and participation.
Job Description
Your role will involve working with a variety of meaningful tasks. You will be an important part of a team focused on enhancing the health, mobility, and independence of the elderly in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting physiotherapeutic assessments, such as evaluating mobility and the need for assistive devices.
• Guiding and training care staff in rehabilitative practices.
• Participating in team collaboration around clients alongside licensed colleagues and care staff.
With us, you will have the opportunity to develop both the organization and yourself in close collaboration with engaged colleagues. We value cooperation, innovation, and an open climate where we learn from each other.

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who preferably has several years of experience working with elderly individuals and age-related diseases. You should have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as strong documentation and computer skills. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
As a person, you are flexible and adapt quickly to changes. You make decisions and take action even when information is limited or circumstances are challenging.
