Planning is designed together with the patient and their network. You will participate in various educational and group interventions and provide guidance on motor training in daily activities and other physical activities. Interventions are provided individually and/or in groups. You will meet patients in our facilities, through digital contacts, and also at home or in the workplace if needed. We offer a thorough introduction to the work and the opportunity to work in an interprofessional team with a good sense of community, flexible working hours, and wellness allowance. Travel is part of the job, and a company car is available. QUALIFICATIONS To thrive in this role, you need to have good collaboration skills, as interventions are planned based on patient needs and together with other team members.
