We are currently seeking a licensed physiotherapist and ergonomist for a role that combines individual-focused interventions with strategic workplace health initiatives.
About the Role
As a physiotherapist and ergonomist with us, you will have a varied and meaningful assignment within occupational health and private healthcare. You will work across professions and contribute to creating sustainable work environments while enhancing individuals' health and work capacity.
Examples of Responsibilities:
• Physiotherapeutic assessment and treatment
• Health screenings, e.g., ROM analyses
• Medical checks for hand-intensive work
• Work capacity assessments
• Ergonomic risk assessments and workplace visits
• Lectures and training in load ergonomics
This is a role for you who want to apply your expertise broadly – both consultatively and clinically – and contribute to improving people's everyday lives, both at work and outside of it.
Who We Are Looking For
You are a licensed physiotherapist with a strong interest in ergonomics, workplace environment, and preventive healthcare. You are confident in working independently, possess good communication skills, and thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility, think holistically, and collaborate across professional boundaries.
Meritorious:
• MEBA training (medical checks for ergonomically demanding work)
• TIPPA training (work capacity assessment)
• Education in ergonomics and workplace environment
• Experience in occupational health and/or private healthcare
• Experience in giving lectures on load ergonomics
Employment Type and Scope
The position can be structured as employment or consultancy, full-time or part-time – depending on agreement and availability. You will be based in Uddevalla, but work at our unit in Trollhättan and on-site with clients may occur.
