About the Job
We are seeking someone who wants to work in rehabilitation in an academic environment where education and research are in focus, alongside high-quality small animal healthcare.
The position is full-time.
Your Background
You are a licensed physiotherapist or licensed veterinary nurse with further education in veterinary medical rehabilitation. Experience in teaching is meritorious. As the position involves daily contact with pet owners, students, and colleagues, you need to have excellent Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are structured and have a great ability to collaborate with others. You take large and independent responsibility for your tasks but have the judgment to ask for help when needed.

You are communicative with a strong ability to create and maintain good relationships with students, customers, and colleagues. You have high integrity and are professional and a role model in the clinical environment. About Us
The Department of Clinical Sciences is responsible for basic education, research, and postgraduate education in anesthesiology, diagnostic imaging, animal care, epidemiology, laboratory animal science, surgery, clinical chemistry, internal medicine, and reproduction. Across all subjects, our activities span all animal species.
At SLU University Animal Hospital (UDS), education, research, and advanced animal healthcare go hand in hand. We train tomorrow's veterinarians and veterinary nurses and provide first-class care for companion animals, competition animals, and production animals. We also spread knowledge to the public. By combining established knowledge with the latest research results, we are developing the future of animal healthcare.
Under one roof, healthcare is offered for horses, dogs, cats, and other small animals. In addition to modern, activity-adapted facilities, we have access to advanced diagnostic imaging and a veterinary medical specialist laboratory. The UDS operations also include a mobile unit that travels to stables and farms to examine and treat horses and livestock.
