About this role

About Us: Welcome to Capio Healthcare Center Hässleholm – Where Knowledge, Warmth, and Team Spirit Meet You'll become part of a secure and competent team with extensive primary care experience. We are a dedicated group of approximately 30 employees who make a difference for our roughly 6,800 listed patients, every day and throughout their lives. The healthcare center is located in the heart of Hässleholm, with the train station right across the street – making it easy to reach, whether you commute by train, bus, or car. We believe in the power of collaboration and maintain a close, unpretentious cooperation between our various professionals. Our team spirit is strong, decision-making is swift, and ideas are always welcome. We take pride in our high accessibility and excellent patient care – and we work flexibly to create a daily environment that works for both our patients and our staff. Want to help develop the future of primary healthcare with us? Then we believe you'll feel right at home. Your Role: As a physiotherapist with us, your work involves individual assessments and treatments in both acute and planned patient flows, where you are often the first point of contact. The job offers high variety and requires good collaboration with the medical team. We also conduct various group training sessions in our gym. Working in primary care means encountering patients with highly diverse diagnoses and issues, so you should feel comfortable with both acute assessments and work with chronic conditions. We conduct daily rounds/joint assessments where you as a physiotherapist, together with doctors and other staff, perform medical evaluations of non-acute patients. Additionally, the position may include a approximately 10% assignment as Rehabilitation Coordinator in our sick leave cases. We Offer: A positive and developing environment where patients are always at the center, alongside all employees. Decision-making is quick due to our local self-governance and the strong commitment of our staff. You'll have the opportunity to influence, and your voice matters. At the same time, we have the security of a larger organization backing us, providing support, opportunities for skills development, and knowledge exchange with colleagues nationwide. The best of two worlds – the small, agile, and personal, combined with the large and stable. We also offer: • Collective agreement • Present management • Skills development, both internal and external • Health and wellness allowance • Daily breakfast with something extra on Wednesday and Friday, lunch provided during staff meetings • Free access to our gym • An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other • Professional network in your field About You: To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed physiotherapist. Previous experience at a healthcare center is advantageous, but most importantly, you have the right attitude. You are committed to maintaining high-quality work – always with a holistic approach and patient focus. We value team spirit and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are clear and credible, with strong organizational and prioritization skills. You enjoy challenges, want to be involved in the healthcare center's development, and see collaboration with colleagues as crucial. Application: Please submit your application as soon as possible, as we are conducting ongoing selection and the position may be filled before the final application date. Desired start date is February 9, 2026. For permanent positions, we always apply a six-month probationary period.
