Municipal Rehabilitation in Strömsund is seeking a physiotherapist to be based in Strömsund or Hammerdal. We offer competitive and individualized salary setting. Starting salary for recent graduates is 36,000 SEK/month. At Municipal Rehabilitation, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and rehabilitation assistants work throughout the municipality and collaborate with other professional categories (e.g., district nurses, registered nurses, care assessors, unit managers) within the Health and Social Services Administration. As a physiotherapist, you will meet individuals who are part of the target groups for home healthcare, municipal short-term placements, special housing, and Support and Service (LSS). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The work involves: • Home visits where you perform physiotherapeutic assessments and interventions • Guidance, instructions, training, and information for nursing assistants, care aides, and relatives • Supervision of physiotherapy students in clinical training You will also be involved in developing the operations and our working methods. As a physiotherapist with us, you will have a preventive and clearly rehabilitative approach and work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible. You have the opportunity to influence your workdays in consultation with your colleagues. Working hours are 07:30-16:00, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of flexible hours. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist; experience in the field is an advantage. You are interested in working with the elderly and individuals with disabilities, as well as in developing our operations. You are confident and responsible. You can work both independently and as part of a team. You have a good ability to make decisions and can make sound judgments. You are flexible and are willing to share your professional experience and knowledge with others. As a person, you are attentive, service-oriented, and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the workgroup while recognizing the importance of collaboration. We use the data journal systems Lifecare HSL, Cosmic, and the care planning system Link. A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
