About the position We need to strengthen our team with an additional physiotherapist for our unit, which currently consists of four occupational therapists and four physiotherapists. The work is independent and flexible, allowing you to plan and structure your day. You will meet our patients and work with assessment, treatment, follow-up of interventions, as well as guidance and training of nursing staff. You will prescribe assistive devices and safety-enhancing technology. Our focus is on the patient and their well-being. The role also includes supervising students as needed. You will work in a team alongside occupational therapists, as well as with other professionals such as nurses, case managers, and nursing staff. You will contribute to change and development and work with other professionals on continuous improvements to provide patients with the best health and medical care. The rehabilitation unit in Tidaholm Municipality works with municipal services in special housing, regular housing, short-term care/respite care, psychiatry, and disabilities. The position is a permanent full-time employment with immediate start or according to agreement. Qualifications We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who wants to help develop our rehabilitation unit in Tidaholm Municipality. You, as an applicant, have a holistic view and a good ability to analyze and reflect from different perspectives and can find solutions based on needs and situations. Since the work is characterized by collaboration and variety, good teamwork skills, flexibility, and responsibility are required, as well as the ability to work independently. As a person, you are calm and secure, both in yourself and in your ability to make your own decisions. You are accustomed to using a computer and phone as work tools and have experience in documentation. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
