Learn more about us at: www.futuraskolan.se QUALIFICATIONS We are seeking a qualified/licensed teacher for a substitute position. You will work as a teacher in Swedish and Social Studies. The position is to be filled immediately. We are looking for a positive, innovative educator who can motivate and engage students! You should be able to collaborate while working independently. You will plan lessons according to national goals and evaluate and improve based on the needs of the student group. Your tasks will include supporting students, teaching in small groups or individually. This includes working with compensatory tools, mentoring educators, analyzing difficulties in learning environments, writing pedagogical assessments, participating in the establishment of action programs, and mapping reading and writing difficulties. The position requires commitment, responsibility, and planning skills. It is important that you as a person are clear, attentive, and show respect for students' needs. Of course, you are passionate about student development and learning. You have the digital competence required for documentation and communication in the assignment and use digital tools as a natural part of your teaching. You easily build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You are well-versed in school governing documents and actively participate in pedagogical development work and collegial learning processes, creating conditions for each child's learning and development.
