Ericsson AB Join our Team About this opportunity: Join Ericsson’s team, delivering efficient systemization of functions and features across radio sites and radio products. A key aspect is supporting functional systemization within different areas including antenna systems, OAM, security, as well as governance of Software/Hardware databases. This will require coordinating across radio design, radio software, hardware integration, and production. What you will do: * Systemize and develop functions and features across different areas including antenna systems, OAM, security, driving reuse, scalability, and maintainability. * Collaborate with radio design, software, hardware teams, and production to capture requirements, manage changes, and ensure traceability. * Support database governance and deliveries, ensuring aligned ways of working, data integrity, and governance processes across sites. * Manage requirements handling, documentation, and stakeholder communication; coach and train teams on practices and ways of working. * Facilitate integration, verification, and production readiness of related features and data flows. * Drive studies within early phases of development. The skills you bring: * Knowledge of radio design, radio software, hardware integration, security, OAM, antennas, and beamforming. * Database management, requirements handling, Git, and data deliveries. * Strong communication, collaboration, change management, and coaching skills. Could be learned or developed on the job: * Advanced beamforming specifics, new antenna system features. * Expanded production workflows and larger-scale governance orchestration.
