Right now, we are building the foundation for another ten years of development and need to strengthen our tech team with more driven full-stack developers.
As a full-stack developer at Release Finans, you will become a key player in our tech team. We work in an agile manner and have full influence over both architecture and technical choices. Here, you will have the opportunity to take a comprehensive approach to our solutions, from frontend to backend, and explore new technologies and APIs. Our tech team works closely with other parts of the business, which means you will gain a deep understanding of the business and play a crucial role in transforming needs into technical solutions. Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain our systems with a focus on both frontend and backend, using technologies like Python, React, Typescript, and Java.
• Work in a Scrum environment, participating in planning sessions, sprints, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery and continuous improvement.
• Actively contribute to backlog refinement together with the product owner and team to prepare and prioritize tasks.
• Explore and integrate new APIs, technologies, and AI tools to keep our solutions modern and competitive.
• Collaborate closely within the team and with other teams and stakeholders to ensure we deliver high-quality solutions that meet both internal and external needs and contribute to developing the company's services and products.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure our code maintains high standards and follows best practices.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work culture.
• Manage operations and technical support for our systems and contribute to the development and maintenance of operating environments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
To thrive and succeed in the role, we believe you:
• Have several years of development experience in both frontend and backend.
• Are comfortable with or willing to learn Python, React, Typescript, and Java.
• Have an interest in cloud-based solutions, especially within AWS.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking on new technologies and tools.
• Have strong communication and teamwork abilities.
