For the tenth time, Scania is launching their highly popular I-Talent Program! This is an inspiring six-month journey designed for IT graduates passionate about innovation and sustainability. Participants will gain hands-on experience in a specialized IT role, benefit from comprehensive training, and collaborate with teams across IT, sales, marketing, and R&D. ABOUT THE POSITION
You will work as a Full Stack Developer in the Enablement Product Compliance team, creating scalable and modular solutions to help Scania fulfill product legislation. The team ensures compliance with emissions, chemical substances, vehicle certificates, and export control regulations. You'll be part of an international team of 48 people known for its open collaboration, strong support system, and welcoming atmosphere.
WORK TASKS
- Develop and deploy scalable solutions in an AWS environment
- Focus on Microservices and Enterprise integrations
- Collaborate closely with developers and architects to create high-quality, robust, and secure systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Backend development experience with .NET
- Understanding of Microservices architecture and SOLID principles
- AWS Cloud solution deployment experience
- Enterprise Integration Patterns knowledge
- DevOps practices and GitLab experience
- Unit testing in .NET, Python, or Angular
- Graduating in spring 2026 or with max 2 years of work experience
- Excellent English language skills
