As a moisture technician with us, you will have a complex and exciting role where you work proactively to assess moisture damage, often in private homes but also in associations and commercial premises. Our moisture technicians conduct moisture measurements in connection with damage assessments, manage moisture damage, and determine which drying technique should be used in relation to the building's structure and materials. We prefer that you have specialized knowledge in drying techniques for materials after moisture damage, as well as the skills required to perform calculations in this area. You should be familiar with various dehumidification techniques such as sorption technology, refrigeration technology, and heating. As a moisture technician, you are educated in moisture mechanics and energy efficiency. Knowledge of applicable building regulations and industry standards, as well as the Work Environment Act, is a significant advantage.
