Position: Permanent employment, 38.25 hours per week, probationary period applies
Start Date: December 1, 2025, or by agreement
Work Hours: You will alternate between early morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
Requirements: High school education, good Swedish language skills (verbal and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but in reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2, Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 due to the nature of the work.
We're Looking for Someone Who Wants to Join Our Amazing Team at Willys Ljungby Garvaren! The position essentially involves working with your colleagues to offer our customers good and sustainable food at really great prices. You'll be a crucial part of the store team ensuring our customers have the best shopping experience.
About the Position:
• Together with your colleagues, you'll manage the varied and physically demanding daily operations of the fruit and vegetable department. Expect to rack up plenty of steps!
• You'll be responsible for sales planning, placing orders, and ensuring the department is sales-oriented and seasonally relevant, contributing to the store's sales and profitability goals.
• You'll keep our fruit and vegetable shelves, flower carts, and flower departments well-stocked and looking beautiful.
• You'll assist customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile.
• You'll help customers at the checkout or other checkout options.

• You have experience working in a fruit and vegetable department or equivalent valuable knowledge and are ready to take the next step in your development.
• The Fruit & Vegetable department is a crucial part of our store, so it's important that you, like us, have high ambitions, are meticulous, and maintain a high level of order, structure, and planning.
• You have good IT and computer skills, are detail-oriented, and have no problem navigating different systems.
• You want to learn new things and develop.
• You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
• You recognize when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You're easy to collaborate with – we work together as a team!
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages, so if you do too, that's great!
