ABOUT THE POSITION
Restaurant Logen serves a countryside-inspired breakfast with a large selection from the breakfast à la carte menu. In this role, you will both prepare breakfast dishes and assist with tasks as a breakfast host.
ABOUT YOU
You are a morning person who is passionate about cooking, service-oriented, and enjoy meeting guests. You are self-motivated, structured, and have an eye for detail. Giving guests a warm, welcoming start to the day is just as important to you as the food tasting fantastic. As part of our breakfast team, you will work closely with our chefs to continuously develop our breakfast to meet our high standards.
FACTS
Scope: 50% (working every other weekend)
Employment Type: Permanent (6-month probation period from start)
Salary: Monthly or hourly wage by agreement
Start: Week 52, 2025
ABOUT ÄSTAD VINGÅRD
Ästad Vingård is one of Sweden's largest vineyards with organic wine cultivation and its own wine production. Primarily cultivating the Solaris grape with a focus on sparkling wine. The estate features 82 guest rooms, conference facilities for 100+ participants, and Senses Spa inspired by the surrounding Åkulla beech forest nature reserves. Restaurants Logen and Smakbaren serve everything from breakfast to lunch, intermediate courses, and dinner. Restaurant ÄNG is also located adjacent to Ästad Vingård. Ästad Vingård is a third-generation family-owned business located just outside Varberg.
