Breakfast Supervisor – Elite Grand Hotel Norrköping
We are seeking an engaged and structured Breakfast Supervisor who wants to lead, inspire, and develop the hotel's breakfast department. In this role, you will have operational responsibility for breakfast service and ensure that our guests are always met with the highest quality, service, and guest experience.
You will actively work in daily operations together with your team and report to the F&B Manager. Part of your time will be dedicated to planning, purchasing, and scheduling, with a focus on creating an efficient and well-functioning operation.
As a leader, you are a service professional who enjoys setting clear routines, building team spirit, and creating workplace joy. You see the details that make a difference – the small things that transform an ordinary breakfast into a memorable start to the day.
We are looking for someone who is:
• Committed, responsible, and meticulous
• Genuinely interested in food, service, and people
• Has experience in hotel, restaurant, or other service environments
• Has personnel management experience
• Comfortable in a role with varied tasks
• A morning person who can work all days of the week
