We are now seeking a Breakfast, Lunch, and Conference Host for our team at Scandic Karlskrona.
Regardless of why the guest comes to us, few things are as appreciated as a friendly face offering a warm welcome. You will act as a host together with the rest of the hotel team and create a world-class guest experience.

What does the role entail?
Your primary role is to prepare, set up, and maintain a beautiful environment during breakfast and lunch service. You will ensure the breakfast buffet always looks fresh and inviting and that guests feel welcome and well-cared for. In addition to breakfast, you will work with conference services such as serving coffee and keeping the conference room clean and tidy. You will also set up and serve lunch to our conference guests. Your tasks include preparing breakfast for the next day, dishwashing, and maintaining order in the kitchen and common areas.
You will ensure that dishwashing, cleaning, and self-control proceed in accordance with food policy, concepts, and manuals.
Who are you?
To be suitable for the role, we believe you have experience with similar work and concept-driven operations. However, your personal qualities and attitude are most important. To fit the role, you need to be a good team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and overall results. It is also important that you can convey excellent hospitality to the hotel's guests.
