About the Role
The Front Office position at AudioNova is a fantastic mix of being the external face of the company and delivering exceptional customer service in our store, combined with administrative tasks. You'll need to be service-oriented and able to quickly switch between back-office work and customer interactions. The role requires a strong team spirit with customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Reception
• Telephone Switchboard
• Bookings
• Invoicing
• Cash Register and Accounting
• Basic Troubleshooting and Service of Hearing Aids and Assistive Devices
About You
We're seeking a candidate with:
• Strong teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service capabilities
• Good communication abilities
• Relationship-building skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
