Torsviks School is one of Sweden's most successful primary schools. The school was founded in 1907 and is Lidingö's centrally located primary school for grades F-9, with just a 15-minute commute from T-Centralen. Proximity to public transportation, city center, and nature makes Torsviks School an especially attractive workplace. The school receives approximately 800 students in grades F-9.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an after-school activities leader, you will be part of a team that works together to plan, evaluate, and develop instruction based on our governing documents and organizational goals. During the school day, you will serve as a resource, and in the afternoon, you will be stationed at our after-school club, Torsviksklubben.
We prefer candidates with experience working in schools and a strong ability to lead and motivate students while creating a sense of security in the classroom. You should find joy in meeting students with all their differences, personalities, and abilities, and want to challenge them to develop. You will also be responsible for collaborating with colleagues, students, and guardians to create a safe and developmental environment for students. You are a clear and secure leader who can easily create engagement and participation in your instruction. Your leadership is relational and characterized by clarity and structure.
QUALIFICATIONS
We prefer candidates with experience taking initiative and leading student groups in collaboration with colleagues. It is important that you have a non-pretentious approach to your assignment and colleagues, and that you can adapt your instruction when new conditions arise.
We appreciate experience working in schools and previous work as an after-school activities instructor.
