About this role
At Lärande Primary School, we want each student to reach their academic and personal goals based on their own needs and conditions. Using our Learning Model, we create an inspiring learning environment where wholeness and context are interconnected – just as they are in real life. Here, students meet engaged and present teachers who spark curiosity, creativity, and collaboration through meaningful learning.
As a resource within our after-school program, you will create conditions for learning and guide students towards the program's goals. To ensure safety and provide all children with equal opportunities to learn for the future, we work conceptually according to a shared model across Lärande preschools and primary schools. We call this the Learning Model. It forms the basis for you and your colleagues in your shared mission.
You will work practically with the school curriculum and support students in their learning, as well as assist in developing their social competencies.
You believe in students' will and ability to succeed and constantly seek ways to develop the program to give students the best possible conditions based on their different needs. You approach students, guardians, and colleagues with a positive attitude. You place great importance on creating good relationships, clear leadership, adaptations, and using well-considered methods to create study peace and security in the group.
We are a positive team that enjoys developing together. You see collaboration as a given way to develop and become even better. You are passionate about your mission and work to make a difference for each individual student. You are flexible and gladly take on new challenges.
