We are now looking for an after-school leader for a temporary position at Ludvigsborgsskolan. Your Responsibilities Our mission in the school is to provide all students with the conditions to reach as far as possible in their knowledge development. Education in primary school also involves developing social skills and the ability to cooperate with others. We are currently seeking someone who, together with the existing after-school leader, wants to continue developing the important work of creating valuable time in school for our students. You will have primary responsibility for Ludvigsborgsskolan's recreation room and break activities. You will also work with students in need of special support in the classroom, in teaching groups, and in individual instruction. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained after-school leader or has other qualifications that the employer deems equivalent. To succeed and thrive with us, you need to have a good ability to collaborate, be receptive, and easily put yourself in other people's perspectives. You should be confident in yourself, stable, and possess good self-awareness. It is also important that you are flexible and can easily adapt to changing circumstances in the organization. You have a good understanding of how children acquire knowledge and the different conditions for learning. You easily take initiative and start activities within the organization.
