The Culture and Public Health Administration works to create a rich, healthy, and inclusive leisure life in the municipality. Within the Leisure and Public Health department, we offer activities, meeting places, and support that promote community and well-being. We are now seeking committed youth leaders - two hourly part-time positions and one full-time temporary position for a 3-month period - who want to help develop the future of leisure.
Youth Center Seeks Temporary Staff and Part-Time Workers
Job Responsibilities
As a youth leader in Hylte municipality, you will plan and implement activities together with colleagues and center visitors, aligned with the department's goals. A key focus is ensuring visitors feel safe and welcome. You will serve as an inspirational role model and work to promote participation and influence. Hylte municipality operates a mobile youth center for intermediate school children in Hyltebruk, Kinnared, Torup, and Unnaryd, and a youth center for students from 7th grade to 18 years old in Hyltebruk. All activities are based at the youth center in Hyltebruk.
Work hours include day, afternoon, and evening shifts.

Qualifications
We seek candidates who are positive, initiative-taking, structured, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively. You are passionate about youth participation and leisure issues and can communicate this enthusiastically. You are empathetic, humble, and skilled at building trust and relationships in your professional role. You are self-confident with good self-awareness. Personal suitability is highly important.
You should have a youth leader qualification or other education/experience deemed valuable by the employer. Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish (spoken and written) are required.
A driver's license is mandatory for this position.
