We are looking for specialists for our teams within HaloITSM, Freshservice, and Zendesk, with a strong customer focus.

What you will do with us:
In this role, you will be a strategic partner to some of our largest customers. Your responsibilities will include:
• Being the primary contact person and building long-term relationships with several of our key customers.
• Analyzing customers' IT environments and business needs to identify improvement and development opportunities.
• Developing and presenting ITSM solutions that create business value – whether the recipient is a technical specialist or a business manager.
• Representing Synerity in implementation projects and ensuring successful delivery and customer experience.
• Providing strategic advice on how our customers can maximize the value of our solutions.
• Driving business development – from procurement and proposal work to demos and presentations.
• Translating complex IT concepts into practical solutions linked to customers' goals.
• Proactively identifying new opportunities, both with customers and internally, and contributing to our collective development.
