French-Speaking Project Manager

We need to strengthen our project organization with an experienced project manager who will play a crucial role in delivering fossil-free energy facilities to our customers. We help companies and municipalities transition from fossil fuels to bioenergy by delivering fossil-free steam and hot water facilities. We have the people, technology, and solutions from idea to completed facility. About the Role As a project manager, you will lead cross-functional teams and be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within budget, with the right quality, and on time. As an international project manager at BKtech, you will lead and drive projects related to bioenergy facility delivery across Europe – from design, through manufacturing and procurement, to installation at the customer site. We are an unpretentious team that collaborates closely within the group to drive projects forward. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities. Your Profile We are looking for an experienced team player with the ability to build trust and engage others. As a person, you enjoy working both in groups and independently. You are business-oriented, results-driven, and your excellent communication skills enable you to coordinate projects clearly with customers, suppliers, and staff. You are adept at prioritizing, managing changes, and working systematically to meet deadlines. Additionally, we are seeking someone who has: • Several years of professional project management experience in technology • Technical competence • Experience with progress reporting, budgeting, follow-up, and change management • Experience with international projects • Class B driver's license • Travel within Sweden and abroad may be required depending on project needs • Good knowledge of Swedish, French, and English, both spoken and written Additional qualifications: • Experience working in bioenergy • Knowledge of German • Higher education in technical field Location is Gothenburg or Blomstermåla (Kalmar County).
