What are my job responsibilities?
As a project planner, you will plan, design, and coordinate several different fiber projects concurrently – both new installations and relocations. Among other tasks, you will prepare and establish cost calculations for upcoming projects, be responsible for leading and distributing work in the field, and carry out financial follow-ups. You will also work to ensure that projects are conducted according to applicable guidelines and that the quality of the delivered services meets both Eltel's established goals and the agreements with customers. In your role, you will maintain close contact with colleagues, clients, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, as we place great emphasis on good customer relationships.
Examples of job tasks:
- Plan and prepare projects.
- Order materials for projects.
- Develop cost and revenue calculations for projects.
- Create work documentation for the executing staff for projects.
- Conduct site visits.
- Follow up and control completed work.
- Represent Eltel and our customers in meetings.
- Be responsible for contact with authorities, customers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Completed secondary education with a technical focus or equivalent professional experience
- Fluency in both Swedish and English
- A valid driver's license (B category)

You are adaptable, as you will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain a structured approach to driving your own processes forward. It is strongly advantageous if you have prior experience working as a project planner/preparer. It is also a plus if you have planned fiber projects before. Education and experience in contract law, including ABT 06, AB 04, and health and safety responsibilities according to BAS-U and BAS-P, are beneficial.
