Description 🌿 Welcome to our newly opened Care and Nursing Home Ängegärde, which opens its doors in early 2026. Already in November 2025, our first employees will be in place – perhaps you are one of them? At Ängegärde, you'll help shape the future of care and nursing homes. We combine welfare technology with a strong focus on independence, participation, and quality for our residents. Here, care and nursing home, home care, home healthcare, and administration are gathered under one roof, in a smartly designed building focusing on collaboration, well-being, and quality. We offer space for 90 residents and two home care groups – in an environment where you as an employee have room to grow and make a real difference. At Ängegärde, we use modern technology to facilitate work and improve residents' quality of life. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you make a difference every day. You provide safe and good care based on each individual's needs, strengthening residents' abilities and resources. You will: - Support daily life – personal care, meals, and social activities. - Collaborate with relatives and perform everyday tasks like cleaning and laundry. - Perform delegated healthcare interventions. - Have the opportunity to specialize through specific representative roles to further enhance quality. 🌟 We work according to a career path model, meaning your tasks will be adapted to your education level – ensuring you have the right conditions to develop and contribute your skills. A new scheduling model will be introduced to create a more sustainable and structured work environment. The model is based on the 8+8+8 = 24 hours principle, dividing the day into three equal work shifts. Qualifications We seek a nursing assistant with a genuine interest in working with people and making a difference in their lives. We place great importance on personal qualities. We are looking for someone who: - Is passionate about working with people. - Wants to contribute to meaningful encounters. - Is empathetic and flexible. - Is self-motivated and responsible. Requirements: - Trained nursing assistant with protected professional title or service certificate. - Good computer skills. - Excellent Swedish language skills, both oral and written. - Ensures high-quality care. - Has good collaboration skills and can work quality-consciously. - Can create trusting relationships. Merits: - Experience with social documentation. - Experience with Motivational Interviewing and low-affective approach. - Driver's license (B-class). - Worked with dementia. - Worked in psychiatry. - Worked with young people with dementia.
