The Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic (RPK) is currently one of the largest clinics in the country for the care of patients committed under the Forensic Psychiatric Care Act (LRV). We also have a mandate to care for patients with particularly high care needs according to the Act on Compulsory Psychiatric Care. The clinic is undergoing an expansion and, when completed in early 2026, will have 135 care places distributed across 10 departments. With this expansion, the group of risk assessors with the professional title of FOU Supervisor will increase from 2 to 4 members. The clinic continuously works on developing high-quality practices in all organizational levels and holds ISO certification for its quality and management systems.
We are now seeking 2 FOU Supervisors to join us at the Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic. We offer you a responsible position, where you will receive continuous professional development, including international training. You will be part of a team with extensive experience in assessing the risk of recidivism in forensic psychiatric patients related to threats and violence.
The positions are permanent full-time roles with a start date to be agreed upon.
**FOU Supervisor for RPK Comprehensive Care Resource Unit, Sundsvall**
**Responsibilities**
The primary responsibility is to conduct risk assessments regarding threats and violence for patients within the Forensic Psychiatric Regional Clinic in Sundsvall. The assessments are used as guidance for care and as decision support for administrative law. External risk assessment assignments may also occur for other forensic psychiatric clinics, general psychiatry, correctional services, and social services. Additionally, the team is responsible for reporting to quality registers, training staff internally and externally in risk assessment, and serving as decision support in cases where care needs extra assistance with guidance on issues related to threats and violence.

**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone who:
• Has an education as a criminologist or another qualification deemed equivalent by the employer
• Has experience in conducting risk assessments using structured professional guidelines, with a focus on HCR-20 version 3
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you:
• Have completed courses in risk assessment led by Henrik Belfrage and/or Stephan D Hart
• Have work experience from forensic psychiatric care
• Have additional language skills
