About this role
Job Responsibilities
The Administration for Disability Support (FFS) is replacing and reinforcing the systematic quality work by simultaneously recruiting two Socially Responsible Coordinators (SAS).
The position is located in the Quality and Governance department. We have a welcoming and pleasant workplace at Selma Lagerlöf Square with an activity-based work approach. We offer flexible working hours and workplace, striving for a balance between work and leisure. This means a certain degree of freedom, but also requires responsibility from each employee. We have clear leadership based on the City of Gothenburg's approach; we know our mission and who we are here for, we care, we work together, and we think innovatively!
As a SAS within the Administration for Disability Support, you have a clear user focus and work together with colleagues, responsible managers, and support resources to ensure legal certainty and good quality through systematic quality work.
The SAS role naturally focuses heavily on investigations of lex Sarah reports, as well as educating and supporting operations and participating in various forums.
Within the Disability Support Administration, the SAS has delegation from the committee and is therefore independently responsible for investigation and decisions according to lex Sarah, and how the administration's operations comply with laws, regulations, and decisions. The role also includes proposing improvement measures, informing the committee, and making reports to the Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO) when necessary.
You will be based at our headquarters at Selma Lagerlöfs Torg 2.
We look forward to welcoming you as our new colleague!
Qualifications

- Another relevant university degree, likely in social work or behavioral science, combined with several years of experience in the disability support field.
Knowledge/Competence: You are well-versed in the legislation governing social services operations, preferably within the disability support area.
Experience: It is also a requirement that you have experience in qualified investigative work.
Personal Competencies
Analytical: As the position involves extensive administrative and qualified investigative work and issuing documents such as service statements, you need excellent ability to structure, evaluate, and summarize essential information, express yourself objectively, professionally, and in clear language. Language: You therefore need to master the Swedish language extremely well in both speech and writing.
Responsible: You motivate and pedagogically describe changes and handle criticism of change constructively, adapting your communication to the recipient, target group, and situation. You are comfortable in social interfaces, both informal and formal. Independent: You stand by your decisions and can communicate uncomfortable messages when necessary.
Collaborative: You work well with others by listening, showing interest and respect. You understand the shared mission and work to make it as good as possible.
Meritorious:
It is meritorious if you have previously worked as a SAS or in a role involving supervision and review, preferably with investigations according to lex Sarah.
It is also meritorious if you have previously worked as a manager or in another leading position and have experience with systematic improvement work.
