About this role
Stockholm – our capital city with millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone who lives here today and in the future. We are now looking for someone who wants to think big, new, and differently with us – for the people of Stockholm.
The Property Office manages and develops a unique property portfolio that is important for the residents, businesses, and visitors of Stockholm. The portfolio includes everything from well-known Stockholm buildings to public spaces for culture and sports, office buildings, fire stations, food halls, castles, estates, and cottages. We also manage nature and outdoor areas outside the city limits. Our office is located at Tekniska Nämndhuset on Fleminggatan 4, about a 5-minute walk from the Central Station.
Welcome to us
Are you a self-driven manager with strong communication skills eager to work with exciting and unique properties? Many of our properties belong to the most famous buildings in Stockholm, such as the City Hall, Culture House, Stockholm Stadium, Liljevalchs, Eriksdalsbadet, Östermalmshallen, and Medborgarhuset.
Within the Property Office, we have two different focus areas for our manager roles: tenant managers responsible for finance and tenant relations, and technical managers responsible for the technical aspects of the properties.
Our goal is to have satisfied tenants and provide functional spaces, while ensuring the long-term value of our properties.
We are currently seeking tenant managers for our two tenant management units, where a total of 20 tenant managers, two coordinators, and four administrative managers work. The recruitment is due to retirement and internal transfers. The two tenant management units are part of the property department, which also includes technical managers, technical specialists, and an operations unit.
We offer
As a tenant manager with us, you will have a varied job with many points of contact and the opportunity to further develop alongside competent colleagues.
We are a positive and committed team, sharing knowledge and assisting each other in an open environment. The diversity within the unit is substantial, with everyone bringing their unique background and skills – this is our strength and contributes to good results.
If you become our new colleague, we also offer you a lunch benefit, wellness benefits, and the opportunity to exchange vacation day supplements for extra time off.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for budget, forecasts, revenue and financial monitoring
- Managing rentals, lease agreements, contract drafting, and rental negotiations
- Participating in the planning and follow-up of local adjustments within the office’s property portfolio, and being involved in investment projects.

- Strong administrative skills and experience working with various IT systems, e.g., property management and accounting systems
