About the Job As Lead Research Engineer, you will partly conduct your own research in close collaboration with Swedish industry in semiconductor component manufacturing. You will also work on other projects involving material deposition and etching. You will be responsible for advanced equipment in research laboratories and guide and assist doctoral students and thesis workers. About You You should be a PhD holder in inorganic materials chemistry with a focus on atomic layer deposition (ALD). You should be well-organized and technically proficient in ALD. You should: • Have a doctoral degree in inorganic materials chemistry • Be experienced in constructing and maintaining ALD equipment • Have broad knowledge and experience with characterization techniques for deposited materials and in situ techniques for studying ALD processes Your Workplace You will work at the Chemistry Department within the Department of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (IFM) in Linköping.
