Then we warmly welcome your application! About the Position We are currently seeking preschool teachers for our preschools Författaren and Kastanjegården. We work based on guided interactions (ICDP) and focus on each child's strengths and interests, encouraging their development. In this position, you will have access to digital tools, as well as work clothes for both indoor and outdoor use. All preschool teachers have scheduled reflection time with their team, as well as individual scheduled time for pedagogical development. Examples of Responsibilities: • Provide a good environment for care, development, play, and learning • Lead, organize, plan, implement, and develop teaching • Use methods and working practices based on scientific grounds and proven experience • Work and document in the operational systems available • Be knowledgeable of and adhere to the curriculum, laws, policies, and routines About the Workplace Författaren opened in 2016 in newly built premises, located on the outskirts of Vivalla, with proximity to forest, several beautiful playgrounds, and the Boglundsängen nature reserve. Kastanjegården opened in newly constructed facilities in August 2018 and is centrally located in Vivalla, close to the center and the area's library, forest, and delightful play areas. Qualifications As a person, you are confident and engaged in your role, able to see the big picture and adapt to needs and situations. You have a good understanding of how children absorb knowledge and can tailor your method of communication to fit the different needs of children. To achieve the preschool's goals, we expect you to be driven, take responsibility for your tasks, and maintain a solution-focused approach. Additionally, you are easy to collaborate with, creating participation and engaging those around you, and you thrive in teamwork while processing ideas with other staff. Furthermore, you have a good command of the Swedish language, allowing you to communicate with children, relatives, and other staff, and you can document as required by the operation. Since the job involves digital documentation, good computer skills are also required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
