Qualifications
We are seeking a certified preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can develop at their own pace.
You can plan, implement, document, and analyze activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have excellent Swedish language skills both verbally and in writing and are comfortable using digital tools at work.
You have at least five years of experience as a preschool teacher and feel confident in your professional role.
Advantageous:
- Additional training and courses in pedagogy and leadership
- Experience leading collegiate discussions or mentoring
- Knowledge of integrating language, participation, and norm awareness in teaching
