Raoul Wallenberg Preschool in Bromma is located in a beautiful surrounding area, with two large lovely yards. We have five departments, work project-oriented, and currently focus on language and mathematics development. We utilize our wonderful environment and spend as much time outdoors as possible. We are now looking for an engaged preschool teacher who wants to join us on our development journey! The role of a preschool teacher with us involves taking significant responsibility for educational planning and documentation. Together with your team, you will develop teaching and activities based on a common theme that the children will encounter. You are an engaged and experienced preschool teacher, acting as a positive role model and leader. You harness children's curiosity and skills, using these as a foundation for planning and executing your work. You are a cheerful and positive colleague who takes responsibility for your work and enjoys collaborating and developing together with other colleagues. We are looking for someone who: • Is a licensed preschool teacher, well-versed in preschool regulations; • Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; • Has experience leading educational work, both at the department level and across the preschool; • Has experience working with language and mathematics development; • Is assertive, prioritizes positive communication, and maintains positive relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.
