Raoul Wallenberg Preschool in Bromma is located in a beautiful local environment, with two large, wonderful outdoor yards. We have five departments, work in a project-oriented manner, and are currently focusing on language and mathematics development. We utilize our fine local environment and spend as much time outdoors as possible. We are now seeking an engaged preschool teacher who wants to join us on our development journey! Working as a preschool teacher with us involves taking significant responsibility for pedagogical planning and documentation. Together with your team, you will develop teaching and activities for children based on a common theme. You are an engaged and experienced preschool teacher who is a good role model and positive leader. You harness children's curiosity and competencies, using these as a starting point when planning and implementing work. You are a cheerful and positive colleague who takes responsibility for your work and enjoys working and developing together with colleagues. We are looking for someone who: • Is a licensed preschool teacher and well-versed in preschool policy documents; • Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written; • Has experience leading pedagogical work, both within a department and at the preschool level; • Has experience working with language and mathematics development; • Has initiative, prioritizes positive communication, and builds positive relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues.
