Do you want to be part of an engaged team that strives every day to give children the opportunity to be their best selves? If so, you might be the person we are looking for – we welcome your application!
About the Position
As a preschool teacher with us, you will be part of a dedicated team passionate about children's development, working together to ensure children have the conditions to be their best selves. Our operations are based on joyful learning, where children's enthusiasm and interests drive the project-oriented approach. We challenge, stimulate, and provide opportunities for learning by offering activities closely linked to the goals of the curriculum. As a preschool teacher, you will contribute to our ongoing development efforts regarding children's language development, actively using various elements from the Swedish National Agency for Education's material "Hitta språket." You will also be involved in our sustainability development work, where you will have the opportunity to inspire children and create excitement and curiosity using nature as our closest neighbor. We utilize our local environment, including forests, meadows, and water, as a natural part of the learning environment.
In this position, you will have scheduled reflection time with your work team, preschool teacher colleagues, and cross-groups among different professional categories. There is also collaboration among preschools in the area, where we learn and develop together. The preschool has two development leaders who, together with the principal, drive development for the entire preschool. Alongside the development leaders from Vintrosa Preschool, we form a joint management group for the area.
We offer you work clothes and a wellness benefit. If you are a newly graduated preschool teacher, you will receive mentorship during your first year.
