You lead your team based on the responsibilities and tasks of the preschool teacher and collaborate with other educators, coordinators, special educators, the principal, and other functions within the preschool based on your role and theirs. You will actively engage in teaching, documentation, and the systematic quality work of the operations together with other educators. You are expected to have a trustworthy and professional collaboration with guardians and families. **Qualifications** You are a licensed preschool teacher and are expected to have a strong ability to collaborate and lead your team. You are clear in your communication and have a solution-oriented approach. You take responsibility and adhere to the guidelines set out in the preschool curriculum based on your professional assignment. You are motivated and have a compelling commitment to ensuring that the working and learning environments for children and employees function well. We place great emphasis on a professional approach and professional interaction with children, colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders. Your approach must align with our foundational views based on discrimination grounds, the Education Act, and the preschool curriculum. You will work alongside other preschool teachers and childcare workers in a team. As a newly graduated preschool teacher, you will have access to a mentor. As a new employee within the preschool in Värnamo Municipality, you will receive an introduction from a coordinator at the workplace.
