Qualifications
We are seeking a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can develop at their own pace.
You can plan, implement, document, and analyze activities according to the preschool curriculum and other guiding documents. You have excellent Swedish communication skills, both verbal and written, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.
Merits:
- Experience working in large teams/duos
- Experience with outdoor pedagogy or adventure pedagogy
- Experience starting a new preschool or department
