You are a confident leader and good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can develop at their own pace. You can plan, implement, document, and analyze activities according to the preschool curriculum and other guiding documents. You have excellent Swedish language skills in both speech and writing and are comfortable using digital tools at work. Preferred: • Experience working with Reggio Emilia-inspired approaches • Experience with project-based and exploratory working methods in preschool • Good knowledge of pedagogical documentation and ability to use digital tools to highlight children's learning processes • Ability to structure and document pedagogical work clearly • Solution-focused with the ability to see opportunities in team and independent work • Values good relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, seeing yourself as an important role model in children's lives Does this sound like something for you?
