Our preschool is located in a scenic area in Hovås, close to the sea. The preschool is divided into four departments where there is close collaboration between the departments, contributing to safety among all children and adults. In your role as a preschool teacher, you actively contribute to shared vision within the institution and collaborate with colleagues to develop the activities together. **Qualifications** We are looking for you who are a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaborations and relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. You are a confident leader and a good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children can grow at their own pace. You can plan, implement, document, and analyze the activities according to the preschool curriculum and other guiding documents. You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.
