A place where the vision becomes reality is Stenen Preschool, which opened in Tvååker in August 2021. We have space for 160 wonderful children.
Education and teaching at Stenen Preschool are characterized by curiosity, creativity, and joy, always keeping the children's best interests at the center. We work from a relational perspective, creating the best possible learning and development opportunities for each child through our teaching.
We work in teams (6-8 people), where we work in pairs for a large part of the day. In these pairs, we plan the teaching and document the learning processes we create together with the children.
At Stenen Preschool, a positive approach to children, guardians, and colleagues is highly valued. We want to create good cooperation across the entire preschool and believe in utilizing each other's skills and experiences in the teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The preschool should be fun, safe, and educational. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching together with other educators in the team. As a preschool teacher, you are responsible for ensuring that teaching is conducted in accordance with the curriculum goals. Together with the team, you will provide each child with safe care and promote their development and learning.
We work systematically with child health and quality assurance to develop and ensure the quality of education. As a preschool teacher, you are driving this work.
You are a mission-aware preschool teacher who can contribute to a good approach, create qualitative and challenging learning environments, and develop pedagogical processes. Always with the children's best interests in mind.
Great importance is placed on collaboration skills, flexibility, and a positive approach.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher with teaching authorization for preschool.
Please attach grades, diploma, and, where applicable, preschool teacher certification or teacher certification to your application.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Driving license and access to a car are necessary.
Varberg Municipality has a political decision on desired employment degree. This means that the employee has the right to work full-time or desired part-time.
