JOB DESCRIPTION
As a licensed preschool teacher with us, you will be responsible for teaching children aged 1-5 years based on international, national, and municipal governing documents. You will actively work to promote each child's development and learning through a conscious pedagogical approach in accordance with the preschool's common agreements. Your role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating the activities based on the curriculum's goals, as well as documenting and analyzing how these goals are integrated into daily work. You will also be responsible for developing action plans for children in need of special support. This work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in the team, where you jointly develop the pedagogical activities and create a safe and stimulating environment for the children.
In our preschools, we invest in your professional development. Therefore, if you are new to the role, you will have regular contact with one of our experienced mentors, in addition to collaborating with knowledgeable colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is a licensed preschool teacher and has a professional attitude. To succeed in the role of preschool teacher with us, you must be able to create secure and trusting relationships with both the children, colleagues, and guardians. You have a genuine interest in interaction and communication and see the value in collaborating to create a developing and inclusive environment.
