Your Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching based on the preschool's curriculum. You will work closely with the children and colleagues in your work team to create a safe and educational environment and actively contribute to the development of the program and foster good cooperation with guardians. Your tasks will include: - Planning and leading the teaching based on the curriculum's objectives - Creating learning environments that encourage play, exploration, and learning - Following up and documenting children's development and learning processes - Collaborating with colleagues and guardians - Contributing to an inclusive and positive work climate Qualifications - You are a licensed preschool teacher - You have a genuine interest in children's learning and development - You are engaged, responsible, and reflective - You want to be part of a team where collaboration and development are central Vision and Values Live life in Olofström Municipality!
