Preschool Teacher or Childcare Worker with NPF Expertise Olofström Municipality’s Preschools – 4 positions, temporary employment, 40–90% Would you like to help create safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environments for all children? Olofström Municipality is now seeking four dedicated employees – preschool teachers or childcare workers with NPF (neuropsychiatric disabilities) expertise – for our preschools. In Olofström Municipality's preschools, the focus is on children's safety, curiosity, and learning. Your Responsibilities As a preschool teacher or childcare worker with NPF expertise, you will contribute knowledge and approaches that support children's development and learning – especially for children who require extra adaptations or special support. You will: - Create safe, clear, and predictable learning environments - Plan and implement teaching or activities based on children's needs and interests - Collaborate with colleagues, special educators, and caregivers - Contribute to the development of inclusive practices in preschool Qualifications - You are a licensed preschool teacher or a trained childcare worker - You have knowledge and experience of NPF, e.g., autism, ADHD, or speech disorders - You are confident, attentive, and solution-focused - You have a positive approach and enjoy collaborating Experience working with AAC (alternative and augmentative communication) or visual pedagogical methods is an advantage.
