Description Hällefors Municipality is seeking three committed preschool teachers for our newly built Lärkan 3 and Lärkan 1 preschools. We work with an exploratory and play-based pedagogical approach, where children's interests, curiosity, and needs are always at the center. Job Responsibilities As a preschool teacher, you will: - Plan, implement, follow up, and evaluate pedagogical work for children together with other educators. - Lead goal-oriented processes in teaching based on governing documents. - Create a pedagogical environment that promotes children's curiosity and exploration. - Work closely with colleagues to develop teaching and ensure a safe, educational environment. Build good relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. Qualifications We are seeking candidates who: - Have a preschool teaching certification or are in the final semester of a preschool teaching program. - Are well-versed in Lpfö 18 and have a great interest in pedagogical work with children. - Are positive, flexible, and committed, and see learning and care as fundamental values in preschool. - Value diversity and interactions between different languages, cultures, and people. - If no qualified candidates are found, the employer will consider hiring unqualified candidates deemed suitable for the position, on a time-limited basis according to the Education Act. Merits - Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia approach to learning and philosophy, and knowledge of language and knowledge-developing work methods. Terms The positions include two permanent full-time positions (one at Lärkan 3 and one at Lärkan 1) and a full-time temporary position at Lärkan 1 until June 2026. Start date is by agreement, with great emphasis on personal suitability. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and positions may be filled before the application deadline.
