About the Job
You will work within the sub-project "Finding Popular Solutions to Climate Change", funded by the Knut and Alice Wallenberg Foundation as part of the "Predicting Global Opinion Change" project. The project examines how people in approximately 100 countries view 30 different climate policy measures. The project aims to understand the factors, such as economic prosperity, geographical vulnerability, and values, that shape climate policy opinions.
Your tasks will involve organizing and coordinating comprehensive data collection from around 90 countries, as well as cleaning and structuring collected data. You will also contribute to result analysis and participate in writing scientific articles and popular science reports.
About You
You have a degree in psychology or sociology and excellent written and spoken skills in both Swedish and English. You have a good understanding of statistical methods and experience conducting analyses in both R and SPSS. Experience with the survey tool Qualtrics and panel tool Prolific is required.
It is meritorious if you have an interest in climate and environmental issues, previous experience with international data collection, and experience working in interdisciplinary research projects with team members located in different parts of the world.
